Wahoo Verde Law Firm have a modified "Flat Pricing" model for uncontested divorces. When your family is ready to start the proceedings, $3,000 will be required as follows:
$1,500 NON-REFUNDABLE LEGAL FEE
This fee is earned upon receipt. IF YOUR DIVORCE BECOMES CONTESTED, AND AN MDA IS NOT AGREED TO, THIS FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED.
$1,500 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
$1,500 will be deposited in Wahoo Verde Law Firm's IOLTA Trust Account. THIS MONEY BELONGS TO YOU, THE CLIENT. These funds will be used to pay filing fees and other administrative expenses. Additionally, this fee will serve as a RETAINER if your case is not settled within 6 billable hours.
Most uncontested divorces are settled within the 6 hour window. However, some terms within the Marital Dissolution Agreement can take significant time to work out. These additional hours are not uncommon and still result in a far more affordable resolution than a contested divorce.
Brian Alexander Horowitz, JD, MBA will be billed at $250 per hour. Any hours above the included 6 will be charged against the REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
If your REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT drops below $500, Wahoo Verde Law Firm may ask for an additional retainer.
WHEN REPRESENTATION CONCLUDES, ANY REMAINING FUNDS IN THE WAHOO VERDE IOLTA ACCOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT.
IF YOUR DIVORCE BECOMES CONTESTED, WAHOO VERDE LAW FIRM WILL WITHDRAW ITS REPRESENTATION. WAHOO VERDE LAW FIRM WILL NOT REPRESENT EITHER PARTY IN A CONTESTED DIVORCE. THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. ANY FEES PAID OUT OF THE IOLTA ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE RETURNED. ANY UNUSED FUNDS remaining IN THE IOLTA Trust ACCOUNT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PARTIES.
